Quality of materials and craftsmanship are essential to any successful property development, closely followed by reporting and cost control.
The vast majority of Church LLP’s developments are built in house using our own quality tradespeople and reliable approved sub-contractors. This enables us to keep a close eye on quality and ensure an excellent standard of finish.
Each project we undertake is created as a partnership with a number of construction professionals contributing to every phase of the build from planning through building regulations to final handover.
Larger projects over a fixed value are tendered to our construction partners on a JCT contract and monitored by our Architects and RICS Quantity Surveyors.
When we do use outside contractors, we ensure they are registered with the appropriate trade bodies and meet our own rigorous standards for quality and workmanship.
We manage each project; both those undertaken in house and those with our partners, to the smallest detail using our Brick by Brick reporting system.
Ensuring every cost in every category at every stage of the development is measured and managed gives us a level of quality control and cost control like no other.
