Each individual cost is then assigned a category so we know how each area of the project – such as “professional cost” or “M&E” – is performing versus the cost plan at a larger scale.

The reporting system is live which means we can produce regular snapshots of our projects as often as required. We can produce snapshots on demand for our investors and partners in as little as 24 hours.
