Matthew is the visionary Managing Director behind Church LLP, a Hertfordshire-based property development company with a proven track record of providing premium new homes tailored to modern day living.
Matthew has dedicated his entire career to the construction and property development industry, building a reputation for delivering new homes with integrity, innovation and quality. Starting his journey as a trained carpenter and joiner, Matthew ran his own business working private and commercial projects before founding his first company in 1999. His early experience in high-quality interior refurbishments laid the foundation for his unwavering commitment to excellence – a standard he continues to uphold at Church LLP today.
In Matthew’s formative years, he quickly learned a great deal about the importance of cost control and excellent project management. These lessons have become core values at Church LLP.
At Church LLP, Matthew plays a pivotal role in every aspect of the business from land acquisition and planning to portfolio investment, development, marketing, sales and aftercare.
