Cost Control

We understand that construction delays lead to cost overruns, which can affect project viability for investors. That’s why we constantly review our construction schedules to anticipate and mitigate potential delays caused by factors such as lead times, contractor availability, and weather.

Our professional team works together to quickly identify and address any potential cost overruns. This proactive approach ensures that we maintain the quality of fixtures and fittings that set our projects apart from the competition.

Each week, our accounts department compiles detailed project reports, which are reviewed by the management team. Our custom cost control system, integrated with Xero, allows us to track costs in real-time, ensuring full financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
