Church LLP delivered the Post House Apartments project. The new owners began to move in and 65% of the development was occupied by November 2017.

Acquired the Old Post Office, Woodford Green, IG8 with planning permission for nine residential units and commercial space. We enhanced the planning and redesigned the development.
January 2016
We obtained planning consent to convert our former offices in Copenhagen Street into a luxury three-bed, three-bath duplex apartment.
September 2015
Purchased a derelict coach house 'Merlin Cottage' located in Wanstead, E12 this was converted into a luxury two-bedroom dwelling.

Acquired a derelict building in Moore Walk, E7 this was fully refurbished to create a beautiful four-bedroom family home.

We acquired a further Victorian house in Sebert Road, E7, arranged as three one-bedroom apartments. We enhanced the planning consent to create a one bed apartment and two, 2-bedroom apartments.

On behalf of the Parish Council our construction team refurbished our Director’s local Church Hall which greatly improved community facilities at this historic 750-year-old Church.

We acquired a derelict two-bedroom property in Suffolk Street, E7. On receipt of enhanced Planning Consent, we demolished and completely rebuilt this two-bedroom Victorian Terrace house and restored it to its former glory.

Acquired a warehouse unit in Apollo Studios, Kentish Town, NW5 with planning consent to construct a high spec single luxury two-bedroom apartment.

Acquired a commercial building in Prebend Street, Islington N1 with Planning Consent for three flats. We began conversion works shortly thereafter, and created three beautiful one and two bed apartments over four floors.
November 2011
On receipt of Planning Consent, we commenced the development work of the Crown Public House which we acquired in 2009.  We created 8 luxury apartments and a large commercial space which became Church LLP Head Office, known as Park View Apartments, 103 Copenhagen Street.

Knocked down and rebuilt a period cottage in Aldenham to create a luxury four-bedroom, four bathroom, family home to the highest specification.

The company acquired various rental properties some of which were refurbished and sold.
November 2009
We acquired a disused pub, The Crown Public House in Islington and began the process of obtaining Planning Consent to develop the site into eight luxury apartments and a large commercial space.
February 2009
We acquired a property with planning permission for three flats in Drayton Park, N5 again these were refurbished to a high standard and the entire development was completed and occupied by Christmas.
September 2008
Church LLP worked for private clients on a large extension and refurbishment in Hampstead, NW3.
January 2008
We acquired a town house in Arlington Road, Camden, NW1. We obtained Planning Consent to convert the building into a four-storey luxury home with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
January 2007
Church LLP acquired a building in Wentworth Street, E1, that had permission for three residential units. We enhanced the Planning Consent and all units were completed and occupied by December 2007.
July 2005
We acquired a terrace shop with upper parts in Thornhill Road, Islington, N1. The entire building was removed and rebuilt from scratch to create a contemporary two-bedroom apartment over three floors with a B1 Office Unit on the ground floor.
April 2004
On behalf of a developer client, our construction company built a development named Elizabeth Mews, a demolition and rebuild of a site in Hackney, E2. The project consisted of 5 four-storey town houses and 8 flats with landscape gardens.
April 2003
We acquired a site in Islington, which had planning consent to convert a block of old stables into 6 stunning mews houses. Our construction company carried out this work on behalf of the partners. This development is currently known as Prices Mews.
1999
In conjunction with two business partners, we started a company call European Interiors. The company specialised in interior fit out; refurbishing shops and offices. We also acquired our own factory in Edmonton where we built high-quality purpose made joinery.
