On behalf of a developer client, our construction company built a development named Elizabeth Mews, a demolition and rebuild of a site in Hackney, E2. The project consisted of 5 four-storey town houses and 8 flats with landscape gardens.
We acquired a site in Islington, which had planning consent to convert a block of old stables into 6 stunning mews houses. Our construction company carried out this work on behalf of the partners. This development is currently known as Prices Mews.
In conjunction with two business partners, we started a company call European Interiors. The company specialised in interior fit out; refurbishing shops and offices. We also acquired our own factory in Edmonton where we built high-quality purpose made joinery.
